The government shutdown and pause on SNAP benefits have left many in our community facing increased hunger and hardship. Right now, families are choosing between groceries and gas, seniors are skipping meals to pay for medicine, and children are going to bed hungry — right here in Salina.

It’s time for us to SNAP Back Against Hunger— together.

The SNAP Back Food & Resources Fair is a community-wide effort to connect families with food, resources, and hope. We’re calling on nonprofits, corporations, businesses, and individuals to step up and stand alongside those who need us most.

Here’s how YOU can make a difference right now:

Be a Collection Site: Host a food or resource donation box at your workplace, business, or organization.

Give Generously: Monetary donations go directly toward feeding families and providing critical supplies — every dollar counts.

Participate in the Fair: Nonprofits, service providers, and businesses — reserve a booth and share your resources, programs, and opportunities with the public.

When one of us struggles, we all feel it. But when we come together, we all thrive.
