Arena Policies

Bags & Personal Belongings

Oversized bags and purses are NOT allowed within Tony's Pizza Events Center. Approved bags include clear tote bags up to 12” x 12” x 6”, one-gallon plastic freezer bags, or small purses or clutches not to exceed 8.5” x 5.5”. Patrons whose bags exceed these dimensions will be asked to return belongings to their vehicles. 

Bags NOT ALLOWED include but are not limited to: backpacks, binoculars cases, camera cases, large purses, oversized tote bags, mesh bags, fanny packs or seat cushions. An exception may be made for diaper bags and/or medically necessary items after proper inspection. Please limit the number of items you bring into the Arena on event days. Cameras
Video and/or flash photography is generally not allowed at most TONY’S® Pizza Events Center events. However, policies are set by the individual show, so please check our website in advance of your visit. You can call us at 785-826-7200, email us at info@tonyspizzaeventscenter.com or check the policy signs when entering the building. All restricted equipment will have to be returned to the patron's vehicle before entering the building. If a patron is already inside the facility, the items must be confiscated, discarded or returned to the patron's vehicle.

Arena Admission & Anti-Scalping Policies and Procedures
No person, including minors, shall be admitted to any event in the arena without holding a valid ticket to the event. Anyone with information on scalping should report it to appropriate arena personnel. No person, including minors, shall be permitted to attend events at the arena or additional projects at the Tony’s Pizza Events Center unless properly attired. Tony's Pizza Events Center Staff reserves the right to determine proper attire for events at the complex.

Unless authorized by Tony's Pizza Events Center Staff, no person shall be admitted into the facility with any of the following items in his/her possession:

  • Large bags or purses (see above)
  • Alcoholic beverages or controlled substances (unless prescribed for the possessor)
  • Outside Food or Drink
  • Professional cameras, audio or visual recording equipment, radios, televisions or any other such electronic devices, except when authorized.
  • Tri-pods
  • Pets (Excluding Service Animals)
  • Bottles, either plastic or glass
  • Shopping carts
  • Strollers
  • Cans or coolers
  • Fireworks
  • Weapons and dangerous devices of any type
  • Unless authorized by Tony's Pizza Events Center Staff, the carrying of food and beverages into the arena is prohibited.
  • No person shall bring any object into the arena with intent to use or which may be used as a weapon or projectile.

Underage Drinking, Alcohol Bottle & Can Possession

All patrons in the building, who are identified as being under the age of 21 and in possession of alcohol, will be taken to the Administrative Office, ejected and their parents will be notified for proper advisement. When necessary, they may be turned over to the Salina Police Department. All persons who are drinking alcohol and appear to be under the legal drinking age but cannot produce proper identification will be processed as above. All persons identified as the person(s) supplying underage drinkers with alcohol will be processed as above. All persons 21 and over, who are found in the arena with alcohol in bottles or cans from outside sources will be ejected from the event without refund.

Signs, Banners, or Posters

Tony's Pizza Events Center welcomes guests bringing small signs, banners and posters inside the building to show support during an event. The following guidelines relate to these items:

  • Item must be related to the event
  • item may not be attached to a pole or stick
  • item may not be larger than 24" x 36"
  • Item must be collapsible or able to be folded
  • Item may not block the view of other guests
  • Item may not be hung, attached or displayed on any part of the building 
  • Item may not contain or display obscene/offensive language
  • Item may not contain or display obscene/offensive photos/pictures as determined by Tony's Pizza Events Center management
  • Item may not in any way create a safety hazard for others as determined by Tony's Pizza Events Center management

*Tony's Pizza Events Center's sign policy is subject to change at any time (with or without notice) including at the direction of the Show's Security personnel. To provide an unobstructed view for all guests, many artists, bands and performers prohibit signs larger than 8.5"x11" from being brought into the venue. Tony's Pizza Events Center will follow the request of the Show's Security personnel to ensure a safe & enjoyable experience for all guests in attendance.

Illegal Vending
Tony's Pizza Events Center will not permit vending, soliciting, collecting contributions for any cause or the distribution of handbills on the premises.

Weapons
No weapons of any kind are allowed in the Tony's Pizza Events Center. If a patron is found in violation of this policy he/she will be asked to leave the building. When necessary, weapons will be confiscated and turned over to Salina Police Department.

Smoking

 Tony’s Pizza Events Center is a smoke-free facility. Neither smoking, nor vaping, are allowed inside the complex. Designated smoking areas are available for each event. Any smoking or vaping materials or accessories used while in the event center will be confiscated.

Laser Pointers
Any patron seen using a laser pointer will be escorted out of an event with no refund.

Face Mask Policy
While there is no official Face Mask Policy currently in place at the State, County or City level. However, individual show promoters have the right to require masks for patrons. Please read the corresponding event page and watch venue social media pages for show-to-show policies.  The ADA has not formally made a list of exemptions for mask policies

Animals
Animals or pets of any kind are prohibited in Tony's Pizza Events Center with the exception of service animals for guests with disabilities. Service animals are welcome inside the venue, but must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. Service animals will rest in the seating area of the individual with a disability, rather than in the aisle. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other Tony's Pizza Events Center guests and employees may be asked to escort the animal off of the premises. It is recommended for Service Animals in Training that licensed trainers call our Guest Services department at 785-826-7200 prior to your visit.
Comfort, emotional support and/or therapy animals are not allowed in the facility. Full ADA guidelines can be found here
